The Catholic Church recommends engaged couples begin the marriage preparation
process at least six months to one year prior to their intended wedding date.
As diocesan requirements may vary and some may require more than six months, couples are advised to contact their parish as soon as they become engaged.

If a Virtual Weekend is an option for you, please read our Couple Expectations (pre-requisites) for Virtual CEE Weekends before you register.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration closes two weeks before each Weekend start date.
No late registrations or exceptions can be accommodated.

March 5-6-7 (Registration Deadline: February 19)
April 23-24-25 (Registration Deadline: April 9)

September 17-18-19 (Registration Deadline: September 3)
November 5-6-7 (Registration Deadline: October 22)

Registration Fee: $250/couple

IMPORTANT!

The CEE Weekend is best experienced in person. However, if an in-person weekend is not available in your area or distance makes attendance difficult, we invite you to consider a Virtual CEE Weekend. CEE Canada welcomes couples from around the world. Please note that all presentations are offered in English.

Time Commitment

Friday, 6:30 PM connect to Zoom, Program runs 7:00  PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM connect to Zoom, Program runs 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM
Sunday, 8:00 AM connect to Zoom, Program runs 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM

Eastern Standard Time (EST in winter) and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT in summer)

Course Completion Certificate

After the weekend, you will receive a course completion certificate by email, which is accepted by Catholic parishes as proof of marriage preparation. We encourage you to confirm any additional requirements with your parish priest as you prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage.

Cancellation Policy

Your registration is NOT CONFIRMED until your payment is received.

REGISTRATION for each weekend is confirmed and finalized ONLY ON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
Sending the form by itself without the weekend fee will not hold your spot.
If you decide to cancel your registration, a fee of $50.00 will be retained for administrative costs.
